The short version: this website collects no personal data and uses no cookies, analytics or trackers. If you email us, we use your email only to reply. Our apps and tools are designed to keep your data on your device, and we never sell your data or track you for advertising.
This policy explains how Klover Group LLC ("Klover Group", "we", "us") handles information on this website (klovergroupllc.com) and in the apps, tools and books we make. It is written in plain language. If something is unclear, email us at hello@klovergroupllc.com.
This website
- We do not collect personal information through this website. There are no forms, accounts or sign-ups.
- We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party scripts, fonts or embeds.
- The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. We do not use that data to identify or profile visitors.
When you email us
If you write to us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it only to read and reply to you, and to keep a record of the conversation for support. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not share your message with anyone except the email provider that delivers it.
Our apps and tools
We are building small utility apps and developer tools. They are designed around these commitments:
- On-device first. Where possible, your data is processed and stored on your own device and is not sent to us.
- No tracking. We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites, and we do not use advertising identifiers.
- No selling. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.
- Only what is needed. If a feature ever needs to send data off your device (for example, to sync or to process a request), we will say so clearly in that app and in a product-specific section of this policy before it happens.
Each product will have its own section here describing exactly what it does with data. This policy will be updated as each product is released.
Products sold through other platforms
Our PetalMorrow art and gifts are sold through Etsy, and our books may be sold through online bookstores. When you buy through one of those platforms, that platform's own privacy policy applies to your purchase. The platform shares with us only what is needed to fulfill your order, and we use it only for that purpose and for records the law requires us to keep.
Children's privacy
This website and our apps do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. Some of our coloring books are made for children; buying or using a book does not involve sharing any information with us. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you (usually just emails you have sent us), ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we must keep by law. Email hello@klovergroupllc.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Security
We keep the little information we hold in accounts and systems with access limited to the people who run the business. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect it.
Changes to this policy
We will update this policy as our products change, and when we release new apps or tools. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed.
